They are suitable for transferring liquids containing impurities up to 3 mm in size. The hydraulic components: nylon impeller and scroll, aluminium pump body, allow them to be used with water, emulsions and oily substances in general, with viscosity not exceeding 21 cSt (3° Engel). The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 70°C.

They are commonly used on

• machine tools (milling machines-turning machines-drills)
• glass processing machines (TRI version)
• surface treatment plants
• filtration systems
• air conditioning and conditioning systems

They should normally be installed on a tank with a capacity proportionate to the flow rate, approximately 4-5 cm from the bottom. It is important to check that the maximum liquid level in the tank always remains 3-4 cm lower than the support flange (see figure). In cases where the liquid is particularly dirty, it is advisable to construct the tank in compartments to allow the sludge to settle before it is pumped out of the pump.
