Three-phase electric pump SACEMI IMM 50 for immersion for machine tools

The hydraulic components: impeller, scroll and pump body in PBT, allow the use with water, emulsions and oily substances in general, with viscosity not higher than 21 cSt (3° Engel)

The temperature of the liquid must not exceed 70°C

They are commonly used on

- machine tools (milling machines-turning machines-drills)

- glass processing machines (TRI version)

- air conditioning and conditioning systems

They are normally installed on a tank with a capacity proportionate to the flow rate, at about 2-3 cm from the bottom

It is important to check that the maximum level of liquid in the tank always remains 3-4 cm lower than the support flange (see figure)

In cases where the liquid is particularly dirty, it is advisable to construct the tank in compartments, to allow the sludge to deposit before it is pumped out by the pump.
